Terms and Conditions

  1. We require £50 deposit to be paid by bank transfer to secure your booking. You will not be written in the diary until your deposit is received, so to avoid disappointment it is advised to pay promptly. 
  2. If you should cancel your event date you will lose your deposit paid at the time of booking. If your event is cancelled within 7 days of the event date, you would be expected to pay the remaining balance of your booking if not already paid and you would not be refunded for this. We understand unexpected things happen sometimes so we would be happy to move your event date subject to availability.
  3. All equipment hired is your responsibility to care for once we have finished setting up and left the premises. Any damages or losses during this time will be billed to you; the customer, accordingly and must be paid for within 48 hours
  4. If there is extreme weather on the date of your booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking or return to your property to take the equipment down to avoid destruction if already set up. You would not be refunded due to this being out of our control, however, we may offer a change of date for your event.
  5. It is your; the customers, responsibility to make sure there is enough space in the area the event is taking place. If we arrive to a property and it is clear that the gazebo won't fit, we will be forced to leave and your booking would be cancelled without a refund.
  6. If your event space is significantly muddy we will have to charge a £30 fee to cover the extra costs of cleaning equipment.
  7. It is assumed that on receipt of your deposit, that you; the customer, has automatically agreed to these terms and conditions.
